Through group counseling, you will be a part of a small group of people that will meet regularly to discuss, interact, and explore problems with each other along with our facilitator. You can rest assured that during our group counseling sessions, we maintain a friendly, comfortable, and accepting space for you to work out your emotional concerns and problems. Through sharing and interaction, members acquire insight into their own behavior and thoughts. This also allows them to give suggestions and support others through their struggles.

Should you also have trouble with interpersonal relationships, group counseling can also be a great avenue for you to interact with people in a supportive and healthy environment.
